General operating projects are: investment in business (described separately for specific projects); domestic trade (excluding exclusive, exclusive and exclusive trade in goods); export-import operations (with the exception of laws, administrative regulations, projects prohibited by a decision of the State Council, restricted projects for which permission is required for operation); design, installation and development of relevant specialized software for water treatment and environmental protection equipment; assembly and production of water treatment equipment; development of medium water and wastewater reuse systems; development of membrane separation technology; design development of liquid separation equipment, clean equipment, electrical equipment and industrial pipeline systems (without restrictions above); waste water, waste gas, waste management (for environmental operations to be carried out through the technical qualification of the Municipal Environmental Protection Agency). The licensed projects are:
