Shanghai Machinery Co. Ltd. is a modern high-tech, high-tech joint-venture company, formerly the Shanghai Preserve Machinery Plant. It specializes in the design, manufacture, development and turnkey engineering of condensed fruit juice jams, tropical fruit processing, fruit cans, hot cans of juice beverages, tea beverages, yoghurt, cheese and liquid milk processing. The company's employees are highly qualified and its cadre of engineers and core technologists come directly from the former U.S.A. Mechanical Plant, with a number of master's degrees and doctoral students specializing in food engineering and packaging machinery, fully equipped with integrated capabilities in the design of the whole-line project development, manufacturing, commissioning, technical training, after-sales services, etc.
Based on the extensive experience and technological strength of the food machinery industry, which has been in operation for more than 40 years, and in keeping with the concept of “wide-absorbing abroad and home-grown innovation”, additional machines have been deployed to integrate the latest technology from abroad, based on the construction of more than 300 production lines for jam, apple concentrate and hot cans of juice, with a view to providing clients with the most professional, scientific, economic and rational individualized solutions.
