Combustion and control equipment, energy-saving equipment, environmental equipment, new energy equipment, boiler equipment design, manufacture, sale, installation, commissioning and technical advice, petrochemical equipment, mechanical equipment design, manufacture, sale, installation, commissioning services, environmental governance services, water treatment services, electronics (other than medical devices), electrical meters, valves, pipes, hardware transfers, sale of office automation equipment, computer accessories and consumables, import and export of goods or technology (except for goods and technologies whose import and export are prohibited by the State or which involve administrative authorization). (a) General projects (subject to legal authorization and prior to authorization by the relevant authorities): sales of disinfectants (excluding dangerous chemicals); retail distribution of medical masks; wholesale distribution of medical masks; sale of type II medical devices; retail sale of protective supplies for medical personnel; sale of labour protection supplies (in addition to legally approved projects, operating autonomously under a licence)
