There are currently 165 employees at Jiangsurung Daly Machinery Ltd., of whom 18 are administrators. There are 20 or about 20 per cent of the total staff with more than 20 scientific and technical staff, and 12 R & D staff, 27 of whom have a technical elite with more than 10 years of production experience. Established in October 2002, the company has a registered capital of RMB 20 million, and has a total fixed assets of RMB 278.8 million (of which some 150 sets of equipment, such as large edge machines, shearers, cutters, carts, drills, flushes, welders, etc.) with an area of 30 acres (of which 12,600 square metres are built). In 2012, the Municipal Chamber of Commerce and Industry recognized it as a “AAA”-class heavy-contract-fixing enterprise with a bank credit rating of “AAA”. The brand of "Rongdali" registered in 2009 was rated by the national authorities as "the national priority protection brand" and "China's high-quality brand products". Currently, 10 patents have been granted by the State, and for five consecutive years the relevant provincial ministries have assessed them as “private science and technology enterprises in Jiangsu province” and “Certificate of Science and Technology Small and Medium Enterprises in Jiangsu province”, which were declared “national high technology enterprises” in August 2014.
