Tang Feng Electric Co. Ltd., Nakayama City, located in China, is known for the manufacture of electricity products from small households: the East Wind Town, Nakayama City, was established on the basis of Limei Electric Co. Ltd., Fushan City (plastics manufacture), and the former Fou hardware electric plant, East Wind Town, Nakayama City (pent gold manufacture), with the advantage of three companies, which specialize in the sale of fine household electric products, such as electric hotpots, multi-purpose hotpots and boilers. The company, which covers a total area of about 10,000 square metres, now has three enterprises, namely, plastics, gold and household electricity, with an annual turnover of over 150 million.
The company has the capacity to independently develop, produce and market fine, small household electrical products such as electric hotpots, multi-purpose hotpots, boilers, and more than 20 new products each year. It currently has a balanced distribution of autonomous brands, exports and national OEM/ODM jobs, a healthy business model and steady business growth.
The company has adopted a qualitative approach of “promoting the culture of Grand Tang, bringing about national renewal, making fine appliances, feeling comfortable homes”. Implementation of the ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system and production quality control methods such as the ERP property control budget system, the six Sig code, the United States TOC/Constraint Act and the Japanese JIT/Timely Production Model, with a view to sustaining effective improvements at production sites
