General operating projects are: electronic metaware, integrated circuits, photovoltaic circuits, patches, development and marketing of electronic products; domestic trade; operation of electronic commerce; and import and export of goods and technologies. (Excepted by laws and administrative regulations; restricted projects under laws and administrative regulations subject to a licence to operate); sale of metal ores; sale of gold and silver products; sale of electrical appliances; sale of instrument instruments; sale of non-ferrous metal alloys; sale of metal materials; sale of non-metal minerals and products; sale of construction materials; sale of high-performance non-ferrous metals and alloy materials; manufacture of metal chains and other metal products; wholesale distribution of hardware products; retail distribution of hardware products; wire and cable operations; non-ferrous metal pressure processing. (In addition to projects subject to legal authorization, operations are carried out on an autonomous basis under an operating licence.
