Founded in 1993, the Zone Electrics Group is a private enterprise that specializes in the production of small household electricity. The company covers 120,000 square metres of land, has 60,000 square metres of construction, has brightly lit plants in the plant area, has vast roads and green grass, and is a modern plant in the garden. The company registered $8.188 million, with total assets of $250 million, with sales revenues expected to exceed $800 million in 2004, with annual export earnings of $60 million. The company has more than 3,000 employees, including more than 150 engineers and senior managers of all categories. The company has developed a production capacity of 15 million small annual household electricity. The main products are more than 100 varieties in four major groups, namely, consolation, vacuum cleaners, water cups and roasters. More than 90 per cent of the products are exported and over 60 countries and territories on four continents are well-known, particularly in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and South America. The company owns more than 200 units of sophisticated equipment of various types, with 30 water lines. The main output is nearly 8 million electric irons per year, the second largest in the country.
